Data Extraction

STEP 1: Select the criteria for your data search. You're starting with the entire county. Narrow down your search here by selecting the characteristics important to the search.

STEP 2: From "Choose Data Fields" at the end of this page, select the information you want to see on your report. IF YOU DO NOT MAKE ANY SELECTIONS ONLY THE PARCEL NUMBER WILL DISPLAY ON YOUR REPORT. If you select the "Mailing Labels" option, you will get name and address data in a mailing label format only, regardless of any data fields selected.

STEP 3: Select the output type (CSV, Excel spreadsheet, XML, or a PDF formatted for label stock).

STEP 4: Submit query

If your search requires you to review all properties, including protected properties, you can download our entire database and then search/filter/query it for the data that is of interest to you. From our website’s homepage, click on “Downloads/Reports/Maps” and then “Database Files.” The complete roll files for each year include every parcel on the tax roll. The “Name/Add/Legal File Layout” file provides the file layout & field names/definitions. We do not run custom reports for customers, but make all of our data available online for your use.

You must select the data fields you wish to view on the output file (name, address, sale price, etc.) from the data fields above. If no fields are selected, only the parcel number will display.
