This data cannot be exported into Excel versions prior to 2007. For parcel, exemption, value, owner information, etc. that can be opened in Excel format, use the "Search Our Database" link from the green menu bar and select "Advanced/Sales Criteria".
Parcel Shape file
The shape file contains 3 versions of our parcel number which can be used to link to other downloads off our website, or to the DOR 12D-8 tax roll files (see above). The RG,TW,SC,SB,BK, and LOT fields are the separate section, township, range, sub, block, and lot identifiers of the PIN field. The 12D_8 field is a formatted parcel number that matches up with the DOR files. See these screenshots for more information:
The shapefile was created May 14, 2012, 8:15 am
Web Service (SOAP) AccessData can also be accessed using web services. The wsdl document describing the available services can be found here. Five lookup services (name_lookup, address_lookup, parcel_lookup, plat_lookup, and sub_lookup) are provided for queries. The wildcard character (%) can be used in the arguments to these services to match any set of characters. Each invocation returns 25 records. An offset parameter, offset_by_25s, can be set to move through the result set. Invoking a query with offset_by_25s set to 0 retrieves the first 25 records, while a query with offset_by_25s set to 25 woud return the next 25, and so on. There is also a lookup service for each of the tables above, using strap as the key.
We would appreciate hearing how you use this service, and any feedback you may have. Abuse of these services will result in your IP address being blocked (see the disclaimer).
